Coaching aims to develop and improve performance and establishes focus on the present rather than on the distant past or future. What is the purpose of Coaching and Mentoring? Mentoring and Coaching is the guidance, direction given by a mentor or coach. A mentor influences the personal & professional growth of a mentee. This program will give you a holistic knowledge about coaching and mentoring which will help you in bringing transformation in somebody’s life or producing better results while working in any organization. These added coaching and mentoring skills & competencies will enable the HR department in helping organizations not only in surviving but also thriving in a globally competitive environment.
