Course Overview

To benefit from tourism its development must be planned, controlled and “sold” using modern marketing methods, the tourism and travel markets and their products, and the needs and expectations of customers – must be understood and satisfied. This Program covers all these matters and more.

  • Describe the role of tour wholesalers, travel agencies and online travel services in packaging and selling tourism products
  • Explain health and safety procedures as applied to the hospitality sector
Requirements

Candidates must;

  • Have at least a pass in English and Mathematics/Statistics at WASSCE, SSCE or GCE “O” level or NECO
  • Have access to either a computer or smartphone with Internet Connectivity.
  • Be equipped with quality webcam and headphones
