Course Overview
This course aims to equip aspiring restaurant managers with the necessary skills to oversee restaurant operations, enhance customer experience, optimize revenue, and lead a successful restaurant team. Restaurants are a very demanding business and opening and running them is no small feat. As a multi-faceted operation, running restaurants is also risky as around 50% of them shut their doors in the first year. This course is a professional course that takes the guesswork out of setting up and running a successful restaurant. It introduces you to the ins and outs of this business. The techniques, concepts and methods will help inspire you to start your restaurant and make your dream business a reality.

Requirements
Candidates must;
- Have at least a pass in English and Mathematics/Statistics at WASSCE, SSCE or GCE “O” level or NECO
- Have access to either a computer or smartphone with Internet Connectivity.
