This course aims to equip aspiring professionals with the necessary tools to excel in the hospitality industry, focusing on hotel management principles, guest services, event planning, and effective leadership. Every good Hotel and Hospitality Business needs people who can make sure that the Hotel, Restaurant, Club or Event Centre runs smoothly. Hotel and Hospitality Managers work to ensure their brands grow while making sure also that they reduce costs, increase revenue and that clients are happy. This course is aimed at people interested in or already working in the Hotel and Hospitality sector. It is a hands-on, innovative and dynamic course that focuses on the strategic elements of Hotels and Hospitality Management, Use of ICT in Hotels and Hospitality Facility Management, Health and Safety, Modern Technique of Procurement, General Management in Hotels and Hospitality, Communication, Business Development and Finance Management.

Requirements
Candidates must;
- Have at least a pass in English and Mathematics/Statistics at WASSCE, SSCE or GCE “O” level or NECO
- Have access to either a computer or smartphone with Internet Connectivity.
