Bartending is the skill and profession of preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a bar or hospitality setting. Bartending involves a combination of mixology knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.

Course Overview

This course focuses on key learning that the bartending community can use to prepare for the future of the industry. It covers all aspects of sustainability and responsibility from fresh ingredient use to the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages to waste management. The modules are based on five pillars (ingredients, service, bar, staff, implementation).

Requirements

Candidates must;

  • Be proficient in English Language and Computer use.
  • Have access to either a computer or smartphone, with internet connectivity.
  • Be equipped with quality webcam and headphones.
