Course Overview
Some people entering the culinary field are unaware of the basic skills required to become a skillful cook, resulting in the entry of incompetent chefs into the workforce. If you want to work towards becoming a successful chef, then enrolling in this course will help you build a solid foundation in various culinary skills.
You will learn about using knives properly, honing rods and their correct use, working with dough, cleaning vegetables and so forth. You will also learn to cook a variety of dishes from different parts of the world. You will learn African, Italian, French, Caribbean, Chinese cuisines and many more! Also, you will learn the art of plating and presentation and a variety of cocktails. Throughout the course, you will find various colorful graphics, pictures, and videos to help you keep your interest. Clear pictures of these herbs and spices are also presented, so that you can identify them easily and use them to enhance both your cooking and your health.
What you’ll learn
- Discuss the basic culinary skills.
