Course Overview
This course provides an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices of finance as they relate to corporations. Through a comprehensive curriculum, students will develop the necessary knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions within the corporate setting. The course covers a wide range of topics, including financial analysis, investment evaluation, capital budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, and international finance.
