Course Overview
This course is packed with information that you’ll find useful whether you’re a complete beginner or you’ve been baking and decorating cakes for a while but want to improve the basic foundation of your cake. The course focuses on the tiny details, including all of the basics as well as more advanced tips to help you as you continue on your baking and cake decorating journey. Using clear explanations, extensive examples and step by step instructions, you’ll finish the course confident about your ability to make the perfect cake and tasty snacks! The snacks featured in this course include: Akara, Chin Chin, Kuli-Kuli, Puff Puff, and Yamarita. They are all crowd-pleasers, often served at parties and special occasions, but also made and sold as on-the-go street food snacks. Learning to make them for yourself at home is a game-changer. For fellow Nigerians, the snacks will no doubt be nostalgic. For those new to Nigerian cuisines or these recipes in particular, this is a great way to learn a bit about our snack traditions.
