PQE2 is the second level of the professional qualification required for estate surveyors and valuers in Nigeria. It is designed to provide more in-depth knowledge and expertise in various aspects of estate surveying and valuation. Successful completion of PQE2 is a significant milestone on the path to becoming a certified member of NIESV.

Requirements
Candidates must;
- Have passed NIESV PQE1 Examination
- Have access to either a computer or smartphone with Internet Connectivity.
- Be equipped with quality webcam and headphones
