The PQE1 is the first level of the professional qualification required for estate surveyors and valuers in Nigeria. It provides a strong foundation for the core principles, concepts, and competencies necessary for the practice of estate surveying and valuation. Successful completion of PQE1 is a prerequisite for advancing to PQE2 and eventually becoming a certified member of NIESV.
