Course Overview
This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
What you’ll learn
- Introduction to IAM concepts, terminology, and its role in cybersecurity.
- Authorization mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
- The role of directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) in IAM.
- Implementing SSO solutions, including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Designing and implementing access control policies.
- Auditing and monitoring access for security and compliance purposes.
- IAM in cloud services (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
Requirements
Candidates must;
- Be proficient in English Language
- Have access to either a computer or smartphone with Internet Connectivity.
- Be equipped with quality webcam and headphones
