The course covers project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, enabling participants to lead successful projects within time, budget, and quality constraints. Participants will learn project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and other critical aspects of project management.

Requirements
Candidates must;
- Have at least a pass in English and Mathematics/Statistics at WASSCE, SSCE or GCE “O” level or NECO
- Have access to either a computer or smartphone with Internet Connectivity.
- Be equipped with quality webcam and headphones
