Product Design and Management

Product Design and Management

Product design and product management are distinct but complementary disciplines crucial for successful product development. Product managers focus on the "what" and "why" of a product, defining its overall strategy, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Product designers focus on the "how," creating user-friendly and attractive solutions that meet user needs and preferences.
