PQE3 is the highest level of the professional qualification required to become a certified estate surveyor and valuer in Nigeria. It represents the pinnacle of knowledge and competence in estate surveying and valuation. This stage focuses on specialized and advanced topics, equipping candidates with the skills and expertise needed for senior roles in the profession.
