This course is designed to assist maintenance management personnel responsible for delivering maximum reliability and availability of equipment at the lowest possible cost. It will explain the core maintenance strategies, evolving stages, execution, and management techniques. You will learn methods designed to improve the effectiveness of maintenance management activities. You will learn how to extend the useful life of the plant, machinery, and other facilities by minimizing their wear and tear. This program also addresses the needs of the Maintenance Organization’s objectives and challenges.

- Apply spare parts management and inventory optimization techniques
- Select and use relevant performance indicators
